Born and raised in Boston, Greg has made San Francisco his home since receiving his BS in Finance from the University of San Francisco. Prior to joining SGC Financial, he worked as a paraplanner to a senior-level advisor at Ameriprise Financial. Realizing that he could better serve clients at an independently-owned and operated firm, he started a practice at SGC.

Greg works with individuals and small businesses, identifying and prioritizing their goals through a customized process that fits clients’ unique needs. Through long-term relationships built around trust and confidence, he and his clients partner to address life events. He believes his role as a financial advisor is to educate clients so they are armed with the knowledge needed to make more informed decisions when it comes to wealth protection strategies, education funding, help maximize funds for retirement, investment management, estate planning and tax strategies.

Knowing that people face a wide range of financial scenarios, some which may undermine confidence in investing, Greg takes a consistent approach and works to provide a balanced perspective for the years ahead. He has made a commitment to excellence when servicing his clients on an ongoing basis, helping to ensure goal achievement. Amid tumultuous market volatility and an ever-changing global economy, it is important to take a step back in order to calmly and carefully reassess objectives and financial strategies. Personally, Greg loves to travel the world, and can often be found bicycling around the bay or enjoying great food with friends and family.
